While at MIA, I was responsible for sales of à la carte downloads on Optus Music stores.
I achieved my objectives of continually increasing revenue, store visitors, and conversion rates, while repeatedly improving the quality of the stores and the customer experience.
This was particularly notable as it was during a period of continual decline for mobile download sales.

While at Vodafone, I was responsible for delivering varied production work to drive all types of sales related to mobile communication and internet products and services.

At Universal Music Australia, I worked very closely with the digital sales team, working with them to price products and mutually improve product output.
