Website Creation and Administration

During my time at Vodafone, I was heavily involved in their new vodafone.com.au website build.
Once completed, I ran day-to-day digital production of the website.
This included managing how products and offers would appear and function for customers on the website, as well as all related Vodafone material, such as support and company information.
At Optus, I was involved in their new optus.com.au website build.
This includes building and updating page content, and managing and clearing the UAT defect backlog.
I was also responsible for business-as-usual website administration for both their old site and new site build, including major product updates, creating articles, banner updates, and many other tasks.
While at Westfield, I was involved in the service delivery of the new westfield.com.au and .co.nz sites.
This included overseeing the construction of the content model architecture in their new headless CMS, working with developers, designers and other key stakeholders to ensure that the CMS married correctly with front and back end, and ensuring the site was populated with content as expected.
I was also heavily involved in the implementation of many post-MVP site features.

While at Fox Sports, I worked as lead producer of their new site-build, working from the initial planning phase through to delivering the completed site.
It took significant organisation and interaction with various stakeholders (technology, digital, editorial, design and other departments) to complete the job.
I also was responsible for maintaining and updating the old Fox Sports web and mobile sites, including a site-wide UX improvement project, as well as working on the newly built Fox Sports site.
While at SBS, I was also responsible for working on The World Game site on a daily basis.
This included ensuring content appeared on the site correctly whether created and published by journalists or by content feed, brand partnership initiatives, UX/UI improvements, delivering major events, defect resolution, content creation, traffic management, cross-channel delivery and working with key internal stakeholders on mutual objectives.
At MIA, I oversaw the creation and upgrade of Optus Music mobile and web stores, which sold a la carte digital music products.
I also created numerous standalone mobile sites for promotions and competitions involving Rihanna, Katy Perry, World Cup 2010, Twilight and many more.

While at AMP Capital, I was accountable for managing eleven sites, categorised by region and investor type.
I was also responsible for delivery of a mini-site to represent and assist the organisation at a major investor conference.
While at SBS, I was responsible for creating a stand-alone site promoting the 2016/17 Premier League season, including delivering the content featured within the site.
This included site ideation, planning and determining objectives, content creation, managing the external development vendor, cross-channel site promotion, and more.
