Training of staff members has been a significant part of many roles in my career.

At Vodafone, I oversaw the training program of their new content management system (Adobe Experience Manager) and their new website.
I was responsible for the creation and improvement of the training material in Confluence.
I was also responsible for ad hoc producer training when required, as well as onboarding training sessions for new starters.

At Westfield, I was responsible for overseeing the AU/NZ training & rollout process of Contentful, their new content management system, and the new website that it powered.
I was responsible for overseeing the AU/NZ training & rollout process of Bynder, their new content asset management system.
I was subsequently responsible for ad hoc content producer training on these systems and the Westfield website.

At Optus, I ran a number of training sessions, including an introduction to Jira class, and taught new team members how to review, approve, and test work.
I also contributed to Adobe Experience Manager content management system training documents, and introductory squad training material.

At Universal Music Australia, I was responsible for training all staff on the digital production supply chain.

At Fox Sports, I was responsible for training all digital production staff on the functionality of WordPress, their newly implemented content management system.

At SBS, I conducted notable training of editorial staff, from how to manage a new bespoke video CMS to how to create and deliver EDM’s using Salesforce.
I was responsible for implementing new processes and introducing Confluence to keep track of best practises and assist with the 24/7 news cycle.
I was also responsible for training staff to use analytics systems such as Adobe Analytics, as well as general training on Drupal their content management system.
